The Peace Point™ System was not developed in a classroom or a law office. It was developed by someone who spent a decade enforcing the law — learning use-of-force doctrine, documentation standards, and crisis negotiation from the ground up — and then spent another two decades in the recovery industry watching those lessons repeatedly ignored.
That combination is genuinely rare. Understanding what UCC §9-609 requires legally is one thing. Understanding how a recovery agent actually experiences a closing encounter — the conditions, the pressure, the decision points that precede a breach — is something else entirely. The Peace Point™ System bridges both, because Wes has stood on both sides of that gap.
As the system's architect and the author of the published framework behind it, he is also the person who testifies about breach-of-peace conduct in court — which means the system was built to the evidentiary standard it will eventually be measured against.
